We care.  We care that you love the home you live in... but we also care that you love the world you live in.  That's why we have created a scholarship program that we believe will contribute to the betterment of the world. 

Landmark Forum

The Realtors at Living 1/4's have participated in the transformational programs offered by Landmark Education.  We believe it's one of the major cornerstones of our personal and business success and have watched it change the lives of countless people.  In an effort to spread this transformation to the world, for each successful closing, we donate a full scholarship for one person to attend the Landmark Forum.

Women’s Divorce Empowerment Group

We also know transformation can come in many forms. That’s why we have a second scholarship option.  Our founder, Nichole, has a passion for empowering women as they head into the life-transforming process of divorce.  She leads four women at a time through a very personal 8-week group in her home.  For each successful closing, we donate a full scholarship for one person to attend all eight sessions.
